Adverse Weather Updates:  Please check the website for any school closures or delays due to adverse weather (information will be posted here).  The school will also use the all call system to notify parents. The Flash Alert System which notifies local news and radio stations is contacted for school closures and delays as well. 

Each year the school districts in Oregon receive a Report Card on the progress of the students in the school.  The 2016-2017 school report cards can be found at:
Perrydale has received the results of the second test for lead in the 2nd Grade Classroom.  I am pleased to report that there was a very minimal amount of lead detected.  The level is well below the EPA standards.  Water Testing Results

All school district in Oregon are required to test for radon in their buildings.  Plans for radon testing are submitted to the state prior to 9-1-16.  Testing must be completed by January 1, 2017.  A link is provided to access the plan submitted by Perrydale School District on 8-18-16  Facilities Updates
